Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 3159) on the following at                                   
this time:

     "An Act related to aggravating factors at sentencing."                                         
                                                                                                    
and                                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 297(JUD)                                                   
     "An Act relating to restitution and to aggravating factors at

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to CSHB 297(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 297(JUD),
